Yes. As part of your onboarding you can select if you would prefer someone with specific events & exhibition experience, or if you need someone with a targeted marketing skill set. We have a huge team available so depending on your needs, we can match the right person to your immediate needs. Whether that is a generalist marketer, a specialist event marketer or a marketer with a specific focus such as paid advertising, website seo, AI & Automation for example.

Absolutely. That’s exactly what we built Mixx for. Need 20 hours/week in the run-up to your flagship event? Post-show planning mode? Scale back to 5-10 hours. Just give us 14 days notice. We don’t have any contracts for this exact reason.

Your dedicated marketer can work across multiple shows, however we would recommend that you move to a 20 or 40hr per week programme to ensure that there is enough time allocated to each event. We can review this with you before we get started. Please let us know the details when you sign up.

We can get you live in 24-48hrs if needed. Give as much detail as you can in your launch brief and we’ll get things moving so you and your marketer are ready for exactly when you need to be live.
