Ideally 10-12 weeks before show to allow time for campaign planning and execution. We can move faster if needed…but in an ideal world – 10 to 12 weeks.

Sadly not. Our expertise is marketing, not physical stand build. We know some excellent stand builders if you need a recommendation. However we can work alongside your existing stand designer to ensure marketing messages align with your stand experience.

Absolutely. We’re built to complement existing resources. We can work alongside your agency on show-specific marketing or support your internal team by taking ownership of exhibition campaigns while they focus on BAU.

We can either scale your allocated hours to cover multiple shows or bring in additional specialists for specific events. We’ll recommend the most cost-effective approach based on your calendar.

Yes. Pre-show appointment setting is something we can assist with. We use targeted outreach either via your CRM data, the exhibitor portal or via data enrichment activity using our global b2b database to fill your calendar with qualified meetings.

Whilst we don’t like saying goodbye, however once your goals are achieved we understand that you may wish to cancel. You can do this easily via the Concierge Team in the Mixx Desk. We do require 30 days notice if you are rolling your subscription. If you know in advance your anticipated final day with us then we can use that as notice to end.
