Mixx – Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mixx. These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription to our marketing services and outline how we work together to deliver maximum value with minimum fuss.

1. Subscription Tiers

Mixx offers four flexible subscription tiers, designed to suit businesses of all shapes and sizes. Each tier includes access to a dedicated marketing consultant (“Mixxer”) and a tailored blend of strategic and tactical support.

Details of what’s included in each tier are outlined on our pricing page and/or proposal. Your selected tier will be confirmed in writing prior to service commencement.

2. No Contracts. Just 30 Days’ Notice

We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in. Subscriptions run on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. This notice period allows us to wrap up your open projects and ensure a clean handover.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payment is taken by debit or credit card via secure direct debit, processed through our nominated payment provider.

Invoices will be issued automatically and must be settled on receipt to maintain service continuity.

4. Mixxer Assignment

We aim to assign your Mixxer within 7 working days of receiving your completed onboarding form. Your consultant will be matched based on your goals, sector, and current marketing challenges.

Need a change? You can request a different Mixxer with 2 weeks’ notice, and we’ll find a better fit.

5. Fair Usage

While Mixx operates an “unlimited” support model, we work from a collaboratively agreed task list and prioritise based on impact and tier level. We use a shared Kanban board to track tasks and shift focus as your priorities evolve.

To ensure fair access for all clients:

  • Access to premium imagery libraries and lead generation data is subject to reasonable use limits.
  • Requests outside your tier’s scope (e.g., additional design outputs, large datasets) may be delivered over a longer timeframe or subject to add-on pricing with your approval.

6. Scaling or Switching Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier with 14 days’ notice. We’ll adjust the team and delivery focus accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all original assets, content, and strategies created for you under your subscription. Mixx retains rights to underlying templates, frameworks, and internal processes used to deliver your service.

8. Data & Privacy

We store and process your data in compliance with GDPR and use secure tools for document sharing, communication, and task management. By subscribing, you consent to the use of these tools as part of your service delivery.
